The public service "Digital Notary" has been launched in Kazakhstan, which makes it possible to transfer the procedures for drawing up all types of notarized powers of attorney into an online format. The service is available in the "eNotary" section of eGov Mobile app.

The project was developed by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry with participation of National Information Technologies JSC under the Order issued by the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. 

A new digital document – "Hunter`s certificate" is available in the eGov Mobile application. The electronic document is available only to citizens who obtained it since January 2023.

A digital hunter's certificate available in the eGov Mobile application can be used to certify the right of an individual to hunt on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

To find a new digital document, you need to log in to the eGov Mobile app, find "Digital Documents" section on the homepage and click "Hunter`s certificate (Figure: 1).

A new digital document – "Residence permit" is available in the eGov Mobile application.

The "Residence permit" digital document available in the eGov Mobile app can be used for identification.

A residence permit is a document confirming a foreigner`s right for permanent residence in the Republic of Kazakhstan. To get it, it is first necessary to get a positive decision enabling to stay on the territory of Kazakhstan.

The public service "Inclusion into the regional quota of kandas admission" is available on the eGov.kz portal and eGov Mobile app. The service provides for submission of a request for inclusion into the regional quota of kandas and migrants admission.

The regional quota is allocated to the regions determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan for resettlement of the kandas, namely Akmola, East Kazakhstan, West Kazakhstan, Kostanay, Pavlodar, North Kazakhstan and Abai regions.

Due to technical activities performed by "Government for Citizens" Public Corporation related to transition to a new system of the Single State Cadastre of Real Estate, real estate services won`t be available on eGov.kz portal and eGov Mobile app from May 5 to May 9.
