To refund erroneously paid amounts, an employer needs to submit an application on the eGov.kz portal. The new service for refund of erroneously paid amounts of mandatory pension contributions and social deductions is delivered to legal entities and individuals operating as individual entrepreneurs.

The eGov mobile app sends out personalized PUSH notifications based on different real-life situations. Now, a license is needed to carry out digital mining activities. To get the license, an individual entrepreneur or a legal entity submits an electronic application on the elicense.kz portal.

Now, each Kazakhstani citizen can voluntarily establish a ban on getting loans and microloans. To do this, one needs to submit an application via the eGov Mobile app or eGov.kz portal.

Only a citizen himself/herself can apply for the service. The ban on getting loans and microloans is set for 6 months and is lifted automatically upon expiration. Also, a citizen can cancel the restrictions at any time by submitting an application for early termination of service for voluntary refusal to get bank loans.
