The agreement was signed during the Digital Almaty 2025 Forum. The strategic agreement between National Information Technologies JSC (NITEC) and Zehn.ai aims to create and develop a joint laboratory for innovation in the field of public technologies and digital transformation.

As a result of the signing of the agreement, laboratories will be created that will become a unique platform for testing and implementing new technological solutions in the field of GovTech and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

National Information Technologies JSC (NITEC) is implementing a project to provide server equipment for information systems of government agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The project is financed under a credit line in partnership with the Development Bank of Kazakhstan (DBK) JSC. This is the first NITEC project to be funded using borrowed money.

The Smart Data Ukimet system, developed for complex data analysis, won the title of Project of the Year at the Global CIO International contest in the Best Analytics and Big Data nomination.

The annual Project of the Year contest, organized by the Global CIO professional IT community, was launched in September 2024. The contest has become a major event in the IT sector, bringing together 526 projects from more than 100 countries.

Today, following the decision of the Board of Directors, Aibol Bizhanov was elected Deputy Chairman of the Board of National Information Technologies JSC.

Aibol Bizhanov was born in 1991 in the North Kazakhstan region. He has more than 10 years of professional experience, 5 of which have been spent in senior IT infrastructure roles.

A cooperation agreement has been signed between National Information Technologies JSC (NITEC) and Cloud Services Kazakhstan LLP (Yandex Cloud). It aims to develop professional communities in the field of DevOps and Artificial Intelligence, as well as exchange experiences between IT specialists and experts of the leading cloud platform. Signing took place during the Cloud Day event in Astana.

For the convenience of drivers, the medical certificate form 073/y is now available in the eGov Mobile application, making it even quicker and easier to obtain the document. The service was previously available on the eGov.kz portal, and since its launch in November 2024, Kazakhstanis have already issued more than seven thousand certificates.

The 073/y medical certificate is a document that is compulsory for all drivers and certifies that there are no contra-indications to driving a vehicle.

The e-License portal has updated the application process for licensing educational activities. The services for obtaining and renewing licences for educational institutions are now divided by educational level. This made the process more convenient, reduced the likelihood of errors in the submission of applications and speeded up their review.
