A new service – «Notifying the car owner about the problem» - has been added to the eGov Mobile application. Now, any user can quickly alert the vehicle owner to potential malfunctions or difficulties. This will help to resolve the problem quickly and avoid unpleasant situations.

National Information Technologies JSC (NITEC) reports that the eGov Mobile application is operating normally.

However, due to increased load on the e-Government portal, eGov.kz is temporarily unavailable.

The eGov.kz portal may therefore be partially unavailable to users.

At the moment, NITEC specialists are making every effort to fully restore the functionality of the eGov.kz portal and the plan is to have the work completed in the nearest future.

We would also like to inform you that services may be temporarily unavailable at Citizen Service Centres.

The eGov Mobile application now offers a service for the recognition of higher and postgraduate education diplomas obtained abroad. This allows graduates of foreign universities to have their diploma officially recognized for employment or further study in Kazakhstan.

Previously, the recognition process required face-to-face interaction and the collection of paper documents, but now the entire process is available online. This significantly reduces the time it takes to review the application and makes the service user-friendly.
