The eGov.kz portal and the eGov Mobile app now provide access to online vehicle registration services. Users can register vehicles purchased from authorized dealers, replace registration certificates and license plates without changing ownership, and complete sale and purchase transactions when ownership is transferred – all entirely online.

In the lead-up to the national referendum scheduled for March 15, a digital service is available to help citizens find their designated polling station. Citizens can find their polling station in just a few clicks through the eGov Mobile app or on the GOV.KZ portal.

National Information Technologies JSC has expanded the functionality of signature authority delegation for organizations. Now, the head of a legal entity managing residential property assets may delegate the authority to approve residence registration applications to an authorized employee.

The solution is particularly relevant for organizations that manage dormitories or service housing. In particular, this applies to higher education institutions, academies, and public institutions that regularly process a large volume of residence registration requests.

Ahead of the Nauryz holiday, the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan is launching the Digital Nauryz online platform, bringing together information on festive events across the country.

As part of the Nauryz celebrations, National Information Technologies JSC organized a sports festival among subordinate organizations of the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The competition brought together teams from MAIDD RK, Ghalam LLP, "Government for Citizens" State Corporation, State Radio Frequency Service, National Center for Geodesy and Spatial Information, Digital Government Support Center, QazExpoCongress JSC, as well as National Information Technologies JSC.

The service for issuing and extending permits for labour immigrants has been updated on eGov.kz. Documents can now be processed faster and more easily, while a significant portion of the required data is retrieved online.

The service allows foreign citizens to apply online for a permit, or extend an existing one, to work for individuals in a household within the territory of Kazakhstan.

National Information Technologies JSC informs about scheduled technical maintenance aimed at ensuring the stable operation of the e-Otinish information system.

The maintenance is scheduled for the period from 00:00 on March 21 to 08:00 on March 24. In order to reduce possible inconvenience, the time interval is chosen taking into account the minimum user activity.

During the specified period, access to the e-Otinish system will be temporarily restricted.
