Today, following the decision of the Board of Directors, Aibol Bizhanov was elected Deputy Chairman of the Board of National Information Technologies JSC.

Aibol Bizhanov was born in 1991 in the North Kazakhstan region. He has more than 10 years of professional experience, 5 of which have been spent in senior IT infrastructure roles.

In 2013, he graduated from L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian National University with a degree in International Law. In 2014, he received a Master's Degree in Public and Local Administration from the Kazakh University of Economics, Finance and International Trade.

In the period August 2013 to June 2020, Aibol Bizhanov worked in the field of procurement and data analytics.

From 2020 to 2024, he worked at National Information Technologies JSC, having worked his way up from Manager to Director of the Smart Data Ukimet Big Data Management Department. Under his leadership, key projects have been implemented, including the pilot of the National AI Platform, the transition of public services to a proactive format, and the analysis of OTP to improve the effectiveness of government support.

In September 2024, Aibol Bizhanov was appointed Acting Deputy Chairman of the Board of National Information Technologies JSC.
