- The "Family" section of the eGov Mobile app has been removed for the convenience of citizens. Now, all data can be viewed in the Digital Documents section, divided into subsections: "My documents", "Family" and "Other documents".
What should I do if the eGov Mobile app displays incorrect data about children?
- Open a digital document where an error was found.
Find three dots in the upper right corner and click there.
Select "Report an error".
The "Update data about children" service will open, where you need to fill-in the fields, attach a birth certificate and sign an application. The period of consideration is from 2 to 5 working days.
What is the deadline to add a child to get payments from the National Fund if the data is not available in the eGov Mobile app?
