Now, Kazakhstani citizens willing to participate in competition to study abroad under international treaties in the field of education can submit documents online via e-Gov Portal. 

“The service was transferred to an online format in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science of the RK in order to provide a capability to submit documents for participation in competition to study abroad for “Bachelor`s Degree”, “Master`s Degree/Residency” or “PhD” programs. Moreover, when ordering the service on the Portal, you can select a country and speciality which you would like to study” commented Asset Turyssov, Chairman of the Board, National Information Technologies JSC. 

To use the service, you need to log in on the Portal and in “Education” tab select “Acceptance of documents for participation in competition to study abroad under international treaties in the field of education” and order the service. Then, fill in all the required fields by indicating information on education, marital status, information on work experience, general information and sign an application using digital signature or SMS-password (registration in Mobile Citizens Database is required). 

The service delivery result is notification on acceptance of documents to participate in competition to study abroadunder international treaties in the field of education or substantiated refusal to deliver the public service, which will be sent to a user`s Personal Account. 

It should be noted that the service is delivered to individuals within one working day.
