Representatives of small and medium businesses will be able to get public services using the eGov Business mobile application. The application is available for download in the App Store and Play Market and supports iOS and Android mobile devices.

The eGov Business mobile application is one of the components of the Mobile Government information system. It allows legal entities to access various public services directly from their smartphones. With just a few clicks, users of the eGov Business application can register the first head of a legal entity, apply for the issuance of a DS, sign various documents via QR, etc. In total, the application provides access to 33 eGov services and 399 eLicense portal services (including 80 licenses, 266 permits, 52 notifications and 1 certificate).

The first head's profile is also available in the mobile application, which acts as a personal account and includes:

- information about a legal entity;

- information about branches and licenses;

- information about subsidiaries in the event of participation in other legal entities;

- documents and information about property of a legal entity.

There is also a section for domestic manufacturers in the eGov Business application, which has been created to help companies expand their customer base. The application allows entrepreneurs to access a database of potential buyers for a given good or industry. Information on potential buyers is formed based on data from the Foreign Economic Activity Commodity Nomenclature (FEACN). Access to the database is provided to the first heads via a link sent by SMS. If interested, entrepreneurs can contact the number indicated in the SMS-mailing or visit the websites of potential buyers. This option will enable domestic manufacturers to find and attract new customers more effectively.

For the convenience of users, it is also possible to issue a DS in the new GOST 2015 format in the eGov Business mobile application. Users can sign documents using a 4-digit PIN code or the built-in biometrics (Face ID/Touch ID).

Since its launch, the eGov Business mobile app has been downloaded more than 45,000 times. The number of iOS users - 31 thousand, Android users– 15.2 thousand.

The application was launched thanks to the cooperation of Public Services Committee under Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan and National Information Technologies JSC.
