The service enables a user submitting an electronic application via e-Gov Portal for obtainment/extension of an abstract for self-initiated employment of foreigners or stateless individuals.

“When implementing the service, we tried to facilitate the process and reduce the terms of service delivery as much as possible.  Previously, foreigners or stateless individuals had to visit CSC or Ministry of Labour and wait for 25 days whereas today, an abstract can be obtained within 10 days through submission of an online application”, noted Asset Turyssov, Chairman of the Board, National Information Technologies JSC.

To obtain the service, an individual (foreigner or stateless individual) need to select the service called “Issuance/extension of an abstract for a foreigner or stateless individual on compliance with qualification for self-initiated employment” on  eGov.kz portal. Then, sign in on the Portal and click “Order Service Online” button.

Afterwards, a service recipient needs to fill in the mandatory fields and enclose scan copies of education certificates, track record and identity document and sign an application using digital signature or one-time password, in case if a phone number is registered in MCD (Mobile Citizens Database).

Upon successful processing of an application, an abstract on compliance with qualification for self-initiated employment will be sent to a user`s personal account, which a foreigner or stateless individual can submit when applying for a job.
