Kazakhstani citizens whose educational certificates are subject to recognition and nostrification in the Republic of Kazakhstan can obtain the service “Recognition and nostrification of educational certificates” on e-Gov Portal.  

The service delivery result is a certificate of recognition/nostrification of educational certificates in electronic form or substantiated refusal to deliver the service.  

“Today, many citizens are studying or already have foreign education and therefore, the service is popular. Thanks to the integrations performed and the process automation, the documents can be legalized online. Your request will directly be sent to theBologna Process and Academic Mobility Center under Ministry of Education and Science for consideration” commented Asset Turyssov, Chairman of the Board, NIT JSC.

To obtain the service, you need to go to eGov.kz portal and select “Education” tab. In “Postgraduate Education” section, you need to select a service you need.  Then, sign in on the portal and click “Order Service Online” button.  Afterwards, fill in basic information about a document`s owner and select one of the following services: “Recognition/nostrification of educational certificates”, “Duplicate certificate on recognition/nostrification of educational certificates”, enclose copies of all the required documents, pay for the service and sign a request using one-time password or digital signature.
