External compliance audit of QMS/ISMS business processesregarding conformity with the requirements of ISO 9001 (QMS) and ISO 20000 (ISMS) has been successfully completed in National Information Technologies JSC. New international certificates were obtained as to Operator’s business processes (ICI ISMS ISO 9001 and ISO 20000). 

This confirms the status of NIT JSC as a company that can effectively and qualitatively manage its main mission which involves government agencies’ and other organizations’ implementing their plans through ICT services to enhance theKazakhstan‘s competitiveness (Development Strategy of National Information Technologies JSC for 2016-2020).

The team of high-skilled professionals managed to demonstrate NIT JSC business processes and acknowledge compliance thereof with international standards. 

The audit was performed by British Standards Institution (BSI) which is the largest global provider of standards.  The best practices applied in the company were marked in the final report. 

NIT JSC offers to its customers, for implementation of their business tasks, the ICI services whose high quality has been acknowledged repeatedly under the results of certification and compliance auditssince 2006 when QMS principles were introduced in the company.
