On October 13, an official visit of the Minister of Cabinet Affairs of the UAE, Mohammed Abdullah Al Gergawi, took place. Kazakhstan was represented by Deputy Prime Minister - Head of Government Executive Office - Galymzhan Koishybayev; First Vice Minister of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan - Kanysh Tuleushin; Acting Chairman of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs - Azamat Zholamanov; Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs - Alibek Bakayev; Deputy Head of Government Executive Office - Sayan Kuttybayev; Head of Real Sector and Regions Development Department - Ayan Maguzumov; Head of Control and Documentation Support Department - Bakhtiyar Mukhametkaliyev; Chairman of the Management Board of QazExpoCongress JSC - Allen Chaizhunusov.

It was highlighted during the meeting that Kazakhstan nowadays demonstrates impressive achievements in the field of digitalization, drawing special attention to development of infrastructure, e-government, innovations and workforce training. These efforts make Kazakhstan a thriving country in the field of digital development in Central Asia.

During the visit, Kazakhstan's achievements in the field of digitalization were demonstrated. This included education in the field of information technology, support of IT startups and activities of the "Astana Hub" International Technopark of IT Startups, as well as digitalization of public services.

First Vice Minister of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kanysh Tuleushin presented 3 e-Government projects: "Smart Data Ukimet" information and analytical system for collection, storage and comprehensive analysis of data accumulated in the information systems of government agencies, eGov Mobile app, as well as constructor of state websites (EPIR GO).
