Qazpost online services are now available in the eGov Mobile application. Thanks to this, Kazakhstani citizens can order goods from foreign marketplaces and, if necessary, issue customs documents.

The Qazpost service offers citizens of Kazakhstan the opportunity to make international purchases on leading global platforms such as Amazon, AliExpress and others. It includes two directions: Keruen dropshipping - delivering from the USA, Europe and China, and Keden - customs clearance.

For eGov Mobile, working with the national operator Qazpost JSC means expanding the range of services available to the population. Today, the application offers various services that can be used online.

The cost and delivery time are shown in the "Keruen – Delivery from abroad" section. There is also a shipping calculator, including for bulky parcels, and answers to frequently asked questions. The user can add an expected parcel for tracking by clicking the "Add Expected Parcel" button, filling-in all the required fields and clicking "Submit".

In the "Keden - Customs services" section, you can calculate your customs duty and find answers to frequently asked questions. For the user convenience, a search bar is provided, where you can find full information about a previously sent application using the parcel tracking number or phone number.

The service was launched thanks to the cooperation of Public Services Committee under Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan and National Information Technologies JSC and Qazpost JSC.
