Registration of a child at the place of residence available at eGov.kz portal
Parents of a child under 16 years old can register him/her at the place of residence online via e-Gov Portal.
“The service was designed in cooperation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RK to enable parents registering their children without visiting CSC. The service is quite easy and user-friendly and can be obtained within 15 minutes” commented Asset Turyssov, Chairman of the Board, National Information Technologies JSC.
To do this, in “Citizenship, Migration and Immigration” tab select the service called “Registration of children under 16 years old at the place of residence” and click “Order Service Online” button.
Then, a user (parent) need to fill in a child`s IIN after which a check will be performed to verify a relation via Civil Registry Office information system. As soon as confirmation is received, a user should select “Purpose of arrival” and “Reason for registration” from the reference. Also, one should indicate whether a parent, who requests for a service, is an owner of a property where a child will be registered.
If a user is an owner than he/she should tick “I am an owner” field, select region and fill in an address registration code and then based on the found addresses select where to register a child. Afterwards, a user signs a request with digital signature or one-time password. Upon successful processing of a request, a notification on execution of a request will be sent to a personal account by a government agency.
If a user is not an owner than he/she should tick “I am not an owner”. Then fill in an owner`s IIN and address after which a check is performed in “Real Estate Register” National Database to find registered facilities. After confirmation, a request is sent to an owner for approval. When a request is approved by an owner, a user signs it using digital signature or one-time password. In the result, a notification on execution of a request is sent to a user`s personal account.
