The eOtinish platform is designed to automate the process of filing and processing appeals by individuals and legal entities, tracking the history and status of submitted appeals, assessing the quality, if necessary, filing a complaint against the execution by citizens to the relevant government agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as filing a claim in court.
