Root Certification Authority of the Republic of Kazakhstan is an information system designed to build a hierarchy model of interaction between certification authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, build a system of trust to public keys used to verify digital signatures, protect communication channels (key encryption) and authentication in electronic document management systems, e-commerce, trade, etc., requiring guaranteed protection of electronic transactions and access to data via the Internet and other networks.
