On January 27, 2017, the Board of Directors appointed Alnur Yermagambetov Acting Chairman of the Board,National Information Technologies JSC. He is to assume office since January 30, 2017. Previously, A.Yermagambetov had occupied the position of Chairman of the Board inAstana Innovations JSC. 

Alnur Yermagambetov was born on February 10, 1978 in Almaty. He graduated from Biology Department of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (Ph.D, Biology in 2004) and underwent joint MBA course in Maastricht School of Management and International Business Academy (2009).

D.Abayev noted that one of the important conditions for meaningful civil society participation in public decision-making is their awareness of the activities of state bodies. In this regard, work to ensure the full implementation of the Law "On Access to Information", adopted last year, is underway.
