National Information Technologies JSC (NITEC) has updated the design of the single platform of government agencies (EPIR GO). The update has been carried out by the internal forces of the Company, taking into account the modern standards of comfort, safety and adaptability.

The eGov Mobile users can now check the security of their data with the new Nomad Guard service. The service is available to all the citizens and makes it easy to detect personal data leaks by checking suspicious links and websites for possible threats.

Former students of military educational institutions can apply for re-admittance at an educational institution online. All you need to do is submit an application via the eGov.kz portal. The service is free and available to those who have completed at least one semester of study.

An automatic mechanism for reissuing permits has been implemented on the eLicense.kz portal. You no longer need to submit an application for renewal if you change the name of a legal entity or your full name. It is enough to reply to the SMS notification received from 1414 and the system will automatically update the data and issue a new document.

A new service has been launched on the eGov.kz portal that allows guardians and trustees to obtain permission to manage the property and social benefits of their wards. This service is intended for the legal representatives of adult citizens who have been declared legally incompetent or have limited legal capacity by a court. The service is provided free-of-charge and allows to obtain official permission to dispose of the wards' assets.

The portal offers candidates the service of applying for admission to military educational institutions under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The entire process is electronic, from submitting an application to receiving the result in your personal account.

Digital pet passports are available on eGov Mobile. Owners of cats, dogs, and other pets can easily view their data in the «Digital Documents» section of the eGov Mobile app.

All data is taken from the «TABAN» Unified Pet Accounting Database. This system records all registered pets and key events relating to them.

Kazakhstani citizens can now independently check the verification status of their mobile device in the eGov Mobile application, on the www.gov.kz and imei.rfs.gov.kz portals. The new service allows you to find out if the IMEI code is registered in the database of registered DIC devices, as well as to find out how many numbers are associated with a particular device.

A new reference block has appeared in the eGov Mobile application: 'Questions on the registration of people in need of housing'. Users can now find answers to the most common questions, such as who is eligible to join the housing waiting list, how long the application review process takes, and whether it is possible to apply if relatives have received housing.

Information about guardians and their wards who have reached the age of 18 is now available in the eGov Mobile app in the form of a digital document. It is based on information from the 'E-Sobes' system, which records all registered guardians, trustees and their wards.
