Service for maintenance of Root Certification Authority of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter: RCA RK), Certification Authority of government agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter: CA GA RK), National Certification Authority of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter: NCA RK) and Trusted Third Party of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter: TTP RK) involves assurance of RCA RK, CA GA RK, NCA RK and TTP RK operation:

• delivery of public service “Issuance and revocation of NCA RK registration certificates”;
• delivery of public service “ Issuance and revocation of CA GA RK registration certificates”;
• provision of consultations related to accreditation of certification authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• reassignment of certification authorities under RCA RK;
• verification of foreign digital signatures authenticity.

The service for RCA RK, CA GA RK, NCA RK and TTP RK includes:

• administration of server software for certification authorities, and also issuance and revocation of registration certificates and update of the list of revoked registration certificates;
• monitoring of servers status under RCA RK, CA GA RK, NCA RK and TTP RK projects;
• maintenance and update of NCA RK databases for obtainment of required statistical information.
