By the decision of the Board of Directors, Almaz Baizhanov was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board of National Information Technologies JSC. In his new role, he will oversee the development of initiatives related to big data, analytics, and digital solutions for the public sector.

Almaz Baizhanov was born in 1995. He is a graduate of Turan-Astana University. He began his professional career in 2017, working for several private companies, including ART BOX DESIGN LLP, VK Astana-Expo LLP, PosTel-Systems LLP, PlusMicro NS LLP and MTC CONSULTING LLP.

In 2021-2022, he held the position of Project Coordinator at INTELLIGENT IT LLP.

In 2022-2023, he worked as Project Manager and Product Manager at Sergek Development Ltd.

From 2023 to 2025, he held a number of positions at National Information Technologies JSC, including Chief Engineer, Data Engineer, Big Data Project Lead, and Lead Analyst.

In 2025, he was appointed Managing Director for Big Data at Transtelecom JSC.

In the period from October 2025 to March 2026, he occupied the position of Director for Smart Data Ukimet Big Data Department, National Information Technologies JSC.

He has extensive experience in implementing projects in the fields of big data, digital services and analytical solutions.
