Capability to search for administrative and traffic violation fines and pay for them available on e-Gov Portal

The eGov.kz users registered on the Portal, who have a digital signature can pay for fines online. The service is available to individuals. 

“The benefit of online payment for fines is that a user can familiarize with a violation and pay for it and a receipt will be kept in Personal Account. Moreover, there is a capability available to get a photo of violation, which will help to assure the legitimacy of an imposed fine” told Asset Turyssov, Chairman of the Board, National Information Technologies JSC. 

To obtain the service called “Search for administrative and traffic violation fines and pay for them” on the Portal, select “Transport and Communications” section on the homepage, then click “Motor Transport” category. Sign in on the Portal and click “Pay Online” button. 

To search for a fine, you need to fill in your IIN or full name and date of birth. If there are any fines, relevant violations will appear on the screen along with an applicant`s personal data, violation classification, a body that detected a violation, date when a violation took place, date of report, report number and sum of fine. When clicking “More” button, a photo of violation will appear in the field. By selecting “Pay” a receipt on the payment of violation will be sent to a user`s Personal Account. 

Not only citizens can pay online for administrative and traffic violation fines but also track them using IIN or personal details.

It should be noted that transfer of money to an account of the Treasury is performed by a bank within 2 working days. The public service delivery result is an electronic payment receipt.
