The new service is available in the eGov Mobile application for civilian personnel of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan in need of military-provided housing. It is now possible to join the waiting list for housing not only through the e-Gov portal, but also via smartphones.

The procedure for joining the waiting list for housing used to involve the collection and submission of paper documents at the place of work. Now, electronic copies of a document and an Internet connection from a smartphone are all that is needed to apply for housing, saving users a lot of time.

To get the service, do the following:

• log in to the application and go to the "Services" tab;
• select the "Military registration" section;
• from the list of services, select "Waiting list for civilian personnel (employees of budgetary organizations) of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan in need of official housing";
• fill-in all the required fields and upload the files;
• grant your consent to the processing of personal data, click "Go to signing" button. Signing is done by entering a quick access code or biometrics.

It should be reminded that the service is intended for civilians employed in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including civilian specialists and employees who support the activities of military structures, but are not military personnel.
