Land cadaster data available online

Kazakhstani citizens can obtain data on land plots registered for their IIN/BIN on e-Gov Portal.

To obtain the service, a user needs to go to “Real Estate” section, select “Provision of Data from the State Land Cadaster” service, sign in on eGov.kz Portal and click “Order Service Online” button. Afterwards, IIN/BIN will be displayed along with “Submit a request to check availability of lands” button. If there are no registered lands, the status will be displayed instantly and a button “Obtain an abstract” will appear. 

“Previously, to obtain the data, citizens had to submit a request via CSC and wait for 3 days. Now, one can obtain data from the land cadaster online, while status on non-availability of lands is provided instantly. Land owners have a capability to obtain a complete, comprehensive information on all the registered lands in the form of an abstract within 15 minutes. A special thanks for cooperation is to Lands Resources Management Committee under Ministry of Agriculture of the RoK and “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation” marked Asset Turyssov, Chairman of the Board, NIT JSC.

As the result, a user gets a list of available lands with information about address, area and intended use registered in National Land Cadaster AIS with capability to select up to 10 land plots simultaniously for obtainment of abstract, which will be send to a personal account and contain a complete information.

The service is available both to individuals and legal entities.
