Digital Bridge 2022: Rostislav Konyashkin presented a new format of the proactive service "Birth of a сhild" and "Digital information" service to the Head of State
On September 28-29, the capital hosts the annual Digital Bridge International Technology Forum. This year the theme of the Forum is "Central Eurasia as a new tech platform".
Today, Rostislav Konyashkin, Chairman of the Board, National Information Technologies JSC, presented the proactive service "Birth of a сhild" and "Digital Information" service to the Head of State at the Digital Bridge forum. Now all notifications for the proactive service will be sent both by SMS and by PUSH message. It became more convenient to reply to messages and can be done via the eGov Mobile application.
Also, in pilot version there is a capability to exchange "Digital Information" using the eGov Mobile app. The service was developed to make it more convenient to exchange information and statements. For example, a user will be able to use a package of documents, while an employer will be able to request a set of employee statements without having to provide them in paper form. The launch is planned for the end of 2022.
It should be noted that in the decree of the Head of State on de-bureaucratization, a number of paper statements were excluded and preserved in information form.
"Using the "Digital Information" service, citizens will be able to share statements in a convenient way, and organizations will be able to request those. To get the service, one just needs to pass authorization and perform a few simple steps. One can share 18 statements, view requests from other users and request statements from third parties, all this can be done using eGov mobile. Previously, users requested statements separately and provided those in paper at the places of request. The solution significantly facilitates the process of service delivery and reduces the waiting time", said Rostislav Konyashkin, Chairman of the Board, National Information Technologies JSC.
New eGov Mobile signing options were also presented at the forum, i.e. through scanning a QR code/ PUSH notifications and hyperlinks that can be shared in other applications and sent as SMS. The signing options are already used in signing applications for subsidizing rental housing in "Otbasy Bank", as well as in the personal account of the Supreme Court for authorization and signing of claims and applications. It is important to emphasize that the interface was designed not only for state systems, but also for any Open Api-enabled website and application.
It should be reminded that today about 500 public services are available in the eGov Mobile app, of which 212 services are from the eGov.kz portal and 250 services are from e-License Portal for individuals. There are 19 legally valid digital documents available in the application. About 2.5 million Kazakhstani citizens actively use it each month and about 1 million public services are provided.
The Forum is hosted by the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Akimat of Astana and "Astana Hub" International Technopark of IT Startups.
