A new document is added to eGov Mobile app and that is “Student ID Card”. Now, having the e-Gov app on a smartphone one can provide a digital student ID card. 

A student ID card is needed to visit an educational institution, dormitory or library, and also can be useful in cases when discounts and benefits are provided upon its presentation. 

“We want to transfer as many documents as possible into digital format. This enables not carrying a pile of documents with oneself. Each student having a digital student ID card would be able to demonstrate it when requested” commented Asset Turyssov, Chairman of the Board, National Information Technologies JSC.

To find a student ID card, one needs to log into the app and click “Digital Documents” in “Services” tab. A student ID card owner can provide access thereto via QR code, which will enable a party requesting for a document to verify its authenticity.

It should be noted that today the following documents are available in eGov Mobile: national ID, driving license, marriage certificate, childbirth certificate, certificate on change of name, surname, patronymic, diploma of education, divorce certificate, electronic technical passport, PCR test and student ID card.
