In the first half of 2024, Kazakhstani citizens received more than 20 million public services through eGov and eGov Mobile

The eGov.kz portal has already automated over 90% of all the public services. Given the high demand for services available through the smartphones, special attention is paid to the development of the eGov Mobile application. The number of registered users of the eGov portal and the eGov Mobile application is more than 14 million citizens, of which more than 1.2 million have been registered since the beginning of this year.

Users of the eGov.kz portal and the eGov Mobile application can apply online from home or the office, which makes it much easier to interact with the state. At the moment, over 450 million services has been provided to citizens via the Portal, and over 66 million services via the application.

The eGov.kz portal consistently works to expand its portfolio of digital public services. Since the beginning of this year, changes have been made to services on the portal, such as attachment to a polyclinic and recognition of educational documents (higher, secondary, technical and post-secondary).

For the convenience of citizens, the specialists of National Information Technologies JSC are actively transferring services to the eGov Mobile application.

To date, the Digital Documents service in the eGov mobile application already contains 33 documents and has been used more than 12 million times since its launch.

It is worth noting that for the convenience of citizens, the most popular public services have been integrated into the several mobile applications of second-tier banks. In addition, all modifications to the eGov.kz portal and the eGov Mobile application are implemented in close cooperation and collaboration with government agencies.
