National Information Technologies JSC informs of updating the service “Getting registered in medical organization delivering primary healthcare”.

Now, children can be registered in medical organizations through eGov portal and Telegram Bot.​

To obtain the service online, one should visit eGov.kz portal, go to “Healthcare” section and choose the “Getting registered in medical organization delivering primary healthcare” service. Afterwards, one should click “Order service online” and when filling in a request, one should indicate his/her child and then submit the request. The service is free-of-charge and delivery term is 1 working day.

To obtain the service through Telegram Bot, one should follow the link https://t.me/EgovKzBot and choose “Getting registered in medical organization delivering primary healthcare” service. When the service is chosen, a user should send commands clicking relevant buttons in the chat.

It should be reminded that to obtain services via @EgovKzBot, it is required to get subscribed. It can be done by pressing “Start” button and letting the bot use the phone number. In case, if a citizen is registered in mobile citizens` database, s/he will be able to use the bot for obtaining services.

Service delivery result will appear in “History of obtained services” section of the personal cabinet as information regarding registration or motivated refusal for registration.
