The service on child registration through e-Gov portal is becoming popular. Thus, for the last 5 years, the number of the delivered services on registration of childbirth, assignment of childcare benefits, and putting into a waiting list to kindergarten has increased remarkably. In 2012, the indicator amounted to about 8 thousand services; in 2016 it was over 430 thousand services delivered, and in five months 2017 it equals to 106 thousand services. 

To date, e-Gov portal provides the “Childbirth”composite service which enables obtaining several services at once: assign IIN to a child, submit an application to get certificate of birth, obtain one-time childbirth allowance and put a child into a waiting list to kindergarten. 

At the same time, National Information Technologies JSC in collaboration with “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation is planning to migrate to proactive delivery of services.
