Previously, one had to apply at the place of employment, provide a list of documents and submit an application in order to be added into a waiting list for military-provided housing. Now, the procedure has become available online through the eGov.kz portal.

Today, employees of the Ministry of Defense can get the service in a convenient way as the red-tape as well as delivery term was reduced and corruption risks eliminated. Also, the online service allows saving time that was previously spent on visiting district operating units.

To get the service, register on the eGov.kz portal, click the tab "For citizenry" → "Military registration and security" → "Military service" and select the service called "Registration of civilians employed in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan in need of military-provided housing", then log-in, fill-in all the necessary fields and sign an application using an available signing method. The service is delivered free-of-charge. A response will be available within 15 working days.

The required list of documents:

1) Information from the state register stating whether an applicant and his/her family members have/have not a housing from the state housing stock.

2) Certificates of birth/death/marriage/divorce/ adoption/ establishment of paternity/change of name, patronymic and surname are provided if available

Thanks to the cooperation of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, MDDIAI RK and NITEC JSC, the service has become available to users.

It should be reminded that the service is intended for civilians employed in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including civilian specialists and employees who support the activities of military structures, but are not military personnel.
