In Nur-Sultan, the ceremony took place of signing a trilateral agreement on cooperation in ICT between “Zerde”  National ICT Holding JSC, National Information Technologies JSC and e-Government Projects and Digital Economy Management Center under National Project Management Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The agreement objective is to develop mutually beneficial cooperation based on the principles of equality, joint development, mutual understanding, respect and trust between the Parties in the e-Government field. Also, the agreement will serve as a baseline for the Parties to provide recommendations, share knowledge, experience and innovative solutions. 

“Signing of the agreement will become the basis for further productive cooperation”,Russlan Sultanov, Director for e-Government Projects and Digital Economy Management Center, remarked.

“Nowadays digitalization stimulates integration processes between the countries. It also becomes a good basis for building mutually beneficial bilateral cooperation, especially with neighboring countries”,Yerlan Durmagambetov, Chairman of the Board in “Zerde” JSC, told.

«NIT is the single operator for government agencies` information systems. We have a lot of projects and a lot of experience, which we are ready to share»,Asset Turyssov, Chairman of the Board in NIT JSC, commented.

It should be reminded that earlier on October 25, 2018, National Information Technologies JSC and Center for e-Government System Development in the Republic of Uzbekistan had concluded the memorandum on cooperation. 

Pursuant to the Decree of President of the Republic of Uzbekistan as of January 10,  2019, a new national unitary enterprise was established called “e-Government Projects and Digital Economy Management Center under National Project Management Agency”.
