The service of issuing a licence for providing disinfection/ disinsection and deratization services in the field of healthcare was automated on the elicense.kz portal. A license can be obtained by both legal entities and individuals registered as individual entrepreneurs.

The license obtainment process is fully automated. The service delivery period is 15 working days for the issuance of a new license and 3 working days for the re-issuance of an existing one. The service delivery fee: when issuing a new license it is 10 MCI, when re-issuing and existing one it is 1 MCI.

To get a license, the user needs to:

- sign in to the elicense.kz portal and go to the "Healthcare" section;

- from the list of services, select «Issuance of a license for providing disinfection/ disinsection and deratization services in the field of healthcare»;

- fill-in all necessary fields, upload files and make a payment of the state fee;

- sign the service using a DS/QR code.

In case of a positive decision by the government agency, the approval document in the form of a license is sent to the user's personal account at the elicense.kz portal in the "Licenses" module. If an application was rejected, a substantiated refusal is kept in "My applications" module.

It should be noted that business entities providing disinfection, disinsection and deratization services in the field of healthcare are required to obtain a license by January 1, 2025.

The service was implemented thanks to the joint work of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance Committee under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, State Services Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan and National Information Technologies JSC.
