The integration was conducted between “Open Data” component and CSC IIS.

The integration provides an opportunity to obtain data on the number of citizens waiting in a queue in CSC online.

Data on the portal is provided in JSON format (JavaScript-based text format for data exchange). As any other text format, JSON can easily be read by users.

The major objective of “Open Data” portal is to provide citizens with access to various datasets and enable them to conduct various analysis and observations using data.

Central and local executive bodies publish datasets in machine-readable format via API. The format is used by developers as baseline to create various applications and web-services.  Besides, open datasets can be applied in socioeconomic and scientific researches conducted by journalists and analysts.
