The owners of authorized capital shares in business have the capability now to transfer their shares to trust management on e-Government Portal (egov.kz).

Online delivery of the public service called "Transfer of an authorized capital share to trust management" on egov.kz became possible thanks to the cooperation of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, National Information Technologies JSC and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The service is available for legal entities and individuals and is delivered free-of-charge. Using the new service, it is also possible for the founders (individuals) to transfer authorized capital shares to trust management, change the time frames for share transfer and revoke the transfer to trust management.

To get the new service called "Transfer of an authorized capital share to trust management", you need to go to the e-Gov Portal. Afterwards, a user needs to:

- sign in on the Portal;

- order the service online;

- select a sub-service;

- fill in the required fields;

- undergo automatic verifications;

- attach documents (depending on the selected sub-service);

- sign an application using digital signature;

- submit an application to the information system of government agencies.

The service delivery term on eGov.kz is no more than 3 (three) working days following the day of application submission.

The service delivery result is a notification on delivery of the service or a substantiated refusal.

It should be reminded that there are about 700 services available in the register of public services, of which 92 were automated in 2021 on the e-Gov Portal. About 50 million services were delivered to citizens last year through egov.kz, which is 6 million more than in 2020. Also, public services for re-registration of vehicles and individual entrepreneurship, applying for child birth allowance, etc. were implemented in the applications of second-tier banks
