NITEC and ARPCE signed a Memorandum of Understanding in the field of digital technologies

The National Information Technologies JSC (NITEC) and the National Regulatory Authority of Post and Electronics Communications of the Republic of Congo (ARPCE) signed the Memorandum of Understanding in the field of ICT and digital technologies. The signing ceremony took place during the official visit of the President of the Republic of Congo, Denis Sassou Nguesso, to Kazakhstan.

Following the signing of the Memorandum, NITEC and ARPCE intend to collaborate on technical support for monitoring systems and capacity building in digital technologies. It is also expected that the parties will establish an experience sharing in the field of digital transformation and e-government. The parties also plan to conduct training for the employees of both institutions.

It should be reminded that today Kazakhstan holds high positions in international e-government rankings. According to the United Nations E-Government Survey, our country ranks 8th in the Quality of Online Services Index, and 28th out of 193 countries in the UN Global E-Government Development Index.
