Starting a new club, studio, or sports group? Submitting a mandatory notification regarding the commencement or termination of supplementary education activities is now just a few clicks away. The new service on the elicense.kz portal is fully automated and available online.

Filing a notification is a mandatory legal requirement for the opening or closure of language courses, children's education centers, clubs, studios, sports sections, and other out-of-school institutions. Entrepreneurs are permitted to commence activities in the field of supplementary education for children only after submitting the required notification.

Supplementary education includes clubs, sections, studios, creativity centers, music, sports and art schools, youth clubs, and other out-of-school institutions aimed at developing the abilities of children and adolescents.

To get the notification, the user needs to:

• log in on the elicense.kz portal;
• go to the 'Education' section and select the service 'Notification on the commencement and termination of activities in the field of supplementary education';
• complete the application form and upload any required documents, if necessary;
• sign an application using one of the available signing methods.

The service is provided in a fully automated mode, without the involvement of government agencies and without any processing delays. Once the application is submitted, the document is generated instantly and appears in the user's personal account on the elicense.kz portal under the 'My Notifications' section.

The service is available to businesses throughout Kazakhstan and is provided free-of-charge.

It is important to note that a notification of commencement or termination of activities in the field of additional education can only be submitted after filing a notification on the commencement or termination of operation of an object of minor epidemiological significance.

This document confirms that the facility complies with sanitary requirements and can be used for educational purposes. Without it, submitting a notification in the field of additional education is impossible.
