National Information Technologies JSC in collaboration with Ministry of Internal Affairs, Republic of Kazakhstan inform the service named “Issuance of abstract of residential address for persons registered at that place of residence”  being launched on the eGov.kz portal.

From now on, a real estate owner will be able to get to know about all the persons registered, i.e. the owner of apartment/house can get information in a single abstract about all persons registered in his/her housing.

To obtain the service, a housing owner needs to access the eGov.kz portal, find the service in the “Real Estate” – “Housing” section, order the service, then select the needed real estate item from the list and confirm the request using SMS password or digital signature.

The service result shall include the abstract of residential address with the list of individuals registered at the selected real estate item attached.

The service is provided for free, with term of delivery being no longer than 15 minutes.
