Now, military personnel do not need to apply to a place of work submitting documents and wait in queues to conclude a lease contract for service accommodation. Military personnel can sign and extend a lease contract for service accommodation online through the eGov.kz portal.

To get the service on the eGov.kz portal, one needs to open "For citizenry" → "Military registration and security" → "Military service" and select the service "Conclusion and extension of lease contract for service accommodation owned by the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan". Then log-in, fill-in all the necessary fields and sign a request using an available option. The service is delivered free-of-charge and service delivery term is 10 working days.

Thanks to the cooperation of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, MDDIAI RK and NITEC JSC, the service has become available to users.
