Kazakhstani citizens working in the field of education can submit documents to participate in tender for substitution of heads of secondary education organizations, including those of republican significance via e-GovPortal.

The service is free-of-charge. The service delivery result is notification on acceptance of documents or substantiated refusal.

To obtain the service, go to eGov.kz Portal and select “Education” tab. In “Secondary Education” section, select “Acceptance of Documents to Participate in Tender for Substitution of Heads of Secondary Education Organizations, including those of Republican Significance” service. Then, sign in on the Portal and click “Order Service Online” button. Afterwards, select one of the types of commission (“Republican Commission”, “Regional Commission”, “Educational Organization”), enclose the required documents, in particular, abstract of no criminal record is required. After all the mandatory fields are filled in, sign a request using one-time password or digital signature.
