Owners of residential buildings and facilities can obtain technical conditions for connection to gas distribution networks by submitting an application on the eGov.kz portal.

The service is delivered on the free-of-charge basis to individuals. To get the service on the Portal, one needs to fill-in all the required fields and confirm the information about registered titles and encumbrances at a specified address.

"To connect a house to natural gas, the first thing the owners of private houses and facilities need to get are technical conditions. To make this stage more convenient for citizens, we, the Ministry of Energy and KaztransAimak JSC have made this service available online. An issued document is available in personal account of eGov.kz portal" said Rostislav Konyashkin, Chairman of the Board, National Information Technologies JSC.

The new service "Issuance of technical conditions for connection to gas distribution networks" is available on the e-Government portal in "Real Estate" - "Housing and Utility Services" section.

The service delivery term for "Issuance of technical conditions for connection to gas distribution networks":

- for technically non-challenging facilities: 5 working days;

- for technically challenging facilities: 10 working days.

The service delivery result is a document on technical conditions or a substantiated refusal.

The service was implemented thanks to the integration of information systems of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, State Services Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, KaztransAimak JSC and National Information Technologies JSC.
