Now, the disabled can submit a request on eGov.kz portal for execution of documents for obtainment of special social services at home or at medical and social institutions. Previously, to get the services one had to visit CSC or local executive body.   

The services were implemented by National Information Technologies JSC in cooperation with Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

“We are aiming to extend the range of services to enable the disabled getting the services online. The solution is intended for execution of documents for obtainment of special social services at home or at medical and social institutions for the disabled. Users can order the service for themselves, for children or for patronized children” commented Rostislav Konyashkin, Chairman of the Board, National Information Technologies JSC. 

To submit a request for execution of documents, one needs to select a relevant service on e-Gov Portal, fill in required information, enclose documents and sign a request with digital signature or one-time password.  Upon successful processing of request, a notification is sent to a personal account by a government agency. Service delivery term is 14 working days for those who want to get assistance at home and 17 working days for those who want to get assistance at medical and social institutions.
