Currently, e-Gov Portal and e-Gov mobile app operate in Kazakhstan routinely. 

Upon availability of Internet access, one can get a service, abstract or information using digital signature or one-time password.

It should be noted that failures may occur when delivering certain services within the established timeframes due to imposition of the state of emergency in the country. In particular, complications may occur when delivering services, where service providers are local executive bodies.

Due to expiration of registration certificate of the National Certification Authority of the Republic of Kazakhstan (NCA RK) validity, we inform you on the release of the upgraded version of NCALayer 1.3.

In this regard, it is necessary to reinstall the application to the new version of NCALayer in order to eliminate problems when working in information systems requiring use of digital signature.
