Kazakhstani freight carriers can now apply online for an electronic entry permit to Azerbaijan, Turkey and Kyrgyzstan. The range of destinations available for obtaining foreign permit forms through the elicense.kz portal has been expanded accordingly.

A foreign permit form (FPF) is a document granting a Kazakhstani carrier the right to transport goods through the territory of a specific foreign country. Kazakhstan exchanges such permits with partner countries on a bilateral basis.

Through the platform, users can submit an application, select an educational institution, and track the status of their application throughout the admissions process.
