Kazakhstani freight carriers can now apply online for an electronic entry permit to Azerbaijan, Turkey and Kyrgyzstan. The range of destinations available for obtaining foreign permit forms through the elicense.kz portal has been expanded accordingly.

A foreign permit form (FPF) is a document granting a Kazakhstani carrier the right to transport goods through the territory of a specific foreign country. Kazakhstan exchanges such permits with partner countries on a bilateral basis.

A service for obtaining state vehicle registration plates for legal entities has been automated on the eGov.kz portal. Organizations can now select and order their preferred registration plate numbers for company vehicles entirely online.

In 2026, the public service for submitting applications to technical, vocational and post-secondary education institutions has been migrated to the Educational Platform OQU (oqu.edu.kz).
