He started his career in 2005 as an Engineer-System technician of Media Soft Astana LLP.

From October 2006 to October 2011, he worked as a Specialist in the Department of Information Archival Technologies of the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as a Leading Specialist of LLP «Center for Health Investment Projects Management», as a Chief Analyst of JSC «National Information Technologies».

From October 2011 to September 2018, he held senior positions in the Ministry of Communications and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Communications and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Information and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From September 2018 to February 2020, Deputy Chairman of the Board of National Information Technologies JSC.

From February 2020 to May 2023, Chairman of the State Services Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From May 2023 to July 2025 Managing Director of Postal Service and Public Services of Kazpost JSC.

Since 2 July 2025, he has been elected Chairman of the Board of JSC National Information Technologies.
