Integration of trusted third party segments for the EAEU member states demonstrated at Digital Almaty forum

The first integration of trusted third party segments of the member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) was demonstrated at the annual Digital Almaty 2025 forum. The technology aims to provide secure and legitimate interstate verification of electronic signatures.
Trusted Third Party of the Republic of Kazakhstan (TTP RK) is an information system confirming authenticity of electronic signatures, including foreign ones, on Kazakhstan territory. It is the TTP that ensures the authenticity of a digital signature (DS) during cross-border electronic interaction between the information systems of the participating countries.
The introduction of cross-border DS will help to significantly reduce the cost of paperwork and the time required to sign and confirm international transactions. The technology is also expected to increase trust in electronic and international transactions, which in turn will contribute to the further development of the economies of the EAEU countries.
During the demonstration, the operators from the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation reported on the readiness of the national segments of the trusted third party for commercial operation and interstate testing.
During the integration demonstration, the Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission, Bakhytzhan Sagintayev, noted that the technology of mutual recognition of electronic signatures within the EAEU would help speed up business processes, simplify the flow of documents and improve the security of transactions between the countries of the Union.
The development of digital technologies will remain a priority in the coming years, and further expansion of the use of DS will have a significant impact on strengthening international trade and economic ties.
