Reserve a queue to “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation (Citizen Service Centers) through @EgovKzBot
National Information Technologies JSC informs of launching three services at @EgovKzBot. Now,through @EgovKzBot users can:
- Reserve a queue to the “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation’s branches (Citizen Service Centers);
- Get abstracts “Of the registered legal entity, branch/representative office”;
- Get abstracts “Of availability of legal entity’s branches and representative offices.
Thus and so, @EgovKzBot currently provides 13 services.
In total:
- via the bot, users can get:
local municipal statement of residence; certificate of no criminal record; certificate of individual’s ownership/non-ownership of real estate; abstract of an individual’s participation in legal entities, abstract of the registered title/encumbrance to real estate and of technical characteristics thereof; abstract “Of availability of legal entity’s branches and representative offices”; and abstracts “Of the registered legal entity, branch/representative office”.
- users are able to:
check their social status, get information on the size of base pension payment, get registered in out-patient clinic; call a doctor to their homes; arrange a visit to a doctor; and reserve a queue to Citizen Service Center.
Since the launch (May 21, 2018), over the 11 000 persons have subscribed for our @EgovKzBot, with 11 151 services being rendered to them.
“The list of services to be delivered via @EgovKzBot will grow. All the popular services will be moved to this platform. I also call upon all active users of eGov.kz, and not only them, to move to bot, because it is very convenient and quick”, NIT JSC CEO Asset Turyssov said.
It should be reminded that to be provided the services, one needs to sign on in the Mobile Citizens Database, i.e. link his/her phone number to Personal Cabinet in eGov.kz portal and start the bot in the Telegram messenger on his/her gadget.Next, through sending the pre-defined commands and confirming them via SMS code, citizens may request the abstracts/certificates and the service information, with capability of forwarding them to user email.
