Abstratcs of no criminal record with apostille are available on eGov.kz
December29, 2018. National Information Technologies JSC informs of launching a pilot mode for abstract of no criminal record withapostille.
Now, citizens can select abstracts with apostille and Government for Citizens Public Corporation branches in which an applicant wants to obtain the service delivery result.
The service is delivered on eGov.kz portal via signing with digital signature.
The service is available in “Job placement and employment” section, “Employment and job search” tab. The service is called “Issuance of abstract of no criminal record”.
To obtain the service, select “Order Service Online” and fill in the form.
If you apply to obtain an abstract with apostille then you should indicate the address of public corporation branch and pay for national duty.
It should be reminded that previously abstracts of no criminal record with apostilles were issued only when applying to Government for Citizens front offices.
For reference: Pursuant to Hague Convention to which Kazakhstan acceded, documents issued by government agencies of the Convention participant countries are valid in any other participant country without consular legalization providing that there is an apostille.
