Now, the government offers Kazakhstani citizens to check their military service status in a proactive format without a single document. Information on draft deferment and exemption from conscription is provided within the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Military Service and Status of Military Personnel".

The Digital Documents service by MDDIAI, which includes documents of a citizen (national ID, passport, driver's license, etc.), documents about a family (marriage certificate, birth certificates for children) has been replenished with another document (Other Documents tab), namely insurance policy for vehicle owners, which enables each vehicle owner to have a digital version of a document.

Now, the government offers Kazakhstani families to get targeted social assistance in a proactive format without the need to provide any documents. Recipients of targeted social assistance receive a notification through an SMS from eGov.kz.

Recipients are notified on the right to receive targeted social assistance. The notification is sent as SMS from 1414. The targeted social assistance is provided to citizens who comply with the the criteria contained in the state databases. How it works:
