Following the previously reached agreements, Kazakhstan will provide technical assistance in the development of electronic government of the Republic of Sierra Leone. The transfer of the e-Gov digital components took place through KazAID grant assistance at the Sierra Leone Innovates 2024 Summit in Freetown.

National Information Technologies JSC (NITEC JSC) and QazCode have signed a memorandum on further cooperation in developing artificial intelligence technologies. The partnership is organized as part of the activities of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan to develop digital solutions in the field of artificial intelligence (AI).

National Information Technologies JSC (NITEC JSC) and the Togo Digital Agency (ATD) signed license agreements on the transfer of digital components of three e-Gov modules. The signing ceremony took place on June 18, 2024, in the capital of Togo, Lomé.

Now users can apply for the service of recognition of documents on higher/ secondary/ technical and post-secondary education via the e-Gov portal online. This allows users to confirm the authenticity of previously received educational documents.

When getting the service, the user can obtain a certificate recognizing the authenticity of a previously lost document, receive a duplicate of it, or confirm the authenticity of education received abroad. The service applies to documents certifying obtainment of education in Kazakhstan and abroad.

Е Now the service for registration at an outpatient clinic is available not only for citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, but also for kandas and non-residents of the country. When registering with a medical organization, users can now select a doctor and view information about a medical organization.

Employees of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan can now use eGov Mobile to sign a new rental agreement or extend an existing one.

If previously military personnel had to collect paper documents and wait in queues, the contract signing service is now available from any smartphone with the eGov Mobile app installed.

To create and launch a large-scale model of the kazakh language, National Information Technologies JSC (NITEC JSC) is starting to use the service of the leader in the field of machine learning – Hugging Face. An open data collection will be organized on the platform, which can be joined by the professional IT community of Kazakhstan and open data holders.
