April 10, 2019. National Information Technologies JSC presented the “E-Sapa” project on the “DIGITALIZATION OF OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY AND KAZAKHSTANI INVOLVEMENT” conference  in Atyrau.

On April 9, 2019, the company demonstrated the operation and efficiency of the system for registration of certain types of oil products within the “Atyrau. Oil and Gas” exhibition. 

The project`s major purpose: reduction of shadow turnover and exclusion of the opportunity to gain profit by selling the goods within shadow turnover. 

During the conference, the trends of oil and gas industry digitalization were considered. Today, it is a key strategic area of the country`s development pursuant to the “Digital Kazakhstan” national program and NIT JSC has a special role in digitalization of Kazakhstan. 

To give a complete picture, the analytics of oil products` manufacturing and turnover in oil refineries, low-power oil refineries and fuel stations was demonstrated online. “E-sapa” has the Certificate of State Registration of Title for Copyright Item. 3 oil refineries, 17 low-power oil refineries and 1784 fuel stations, which makes 320 legal entities were connected to the system.

Moreover, today, the project shows its efficiency in automating the process of data exchange, data delivery, transparency delivery and reporting to State Revenue Committee IS under Ministry of Finance of the RoK by regions.

It should be reminded that previously, the registration of oil products was performed by manual sampling which entailed the lack of transparency in taxpayers` activities and in the volumes of oil products delivered to fuel stations.
